Americans should be prepared for the possibility of a COVID-19 outbreak in their community and in order to help to keep our patients and employees informed AllCare Clinics is providing the following information:

COVID-19 Coronavirus Patient Self-Assessment Tool If you have symptoms of respiratory illness (e.g., fever, cough and/or shortness of breath), answer the following questions: Have you recently traveled outside the country? Current countries at high risk include all Asian and European countries. Have you been in close contact with anyone known or suspected to have the COVID-19 coronavirus illness? Close contact is defined as within 6 feet for 3 minutes or more. If you answered yes to one or both of these questions and have respiratory symptoms: Stay home and call AllCare Clinics. A patient representative will take your information and have a health care provider contact you to discuss next steps. If you believe your symptoms are life threatening, go to the nearest hospital emergency department. We recommended that you call the emergency department immediately so the staff can provide you with arrival instructions. If you do not have respiratory illness symptoms, please refer to information below or contact your local health department. Dr. Osehotue Okojie is a gifted and talented family physician who is passionate about her work. Born and raised in Queens New York, her medical journey began in high school as an excellent student, she was fortunate to attend the Queens Bridge to Medicine Program in her senior year designed to help high school students prepare for medical education.

Dr. Osehotue Okojie is a gifted and talented family physician who is passionate about her work. Born and raised in Queens New York, her medical journey began in high school as an excellent student, she was fortunate to attend the Queens Bridge to Medicine Program in her senior year designed to help high school students prepare for medical education. She was accepted to the CUNY School of Medicine/ Sophie Davis Biomedical Education Program, a highly sought after competitive 7 year B.S.M.D program. She graduated from New York Medical College in Valhalla New York. She completed her residency in Family medicine at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Yonker’s New York and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

She had a desire to serve her community and to be an advocate for her patients. This led her to The Community Health Center of Buffalo, A Federally Qualified Health center where she became the Medical Director of the largest federally qualified Health Center in Western New York with a patient base of over 20,000 patients served by over 50 employees. Leading a core team of dental and medical providers and employees to set up a value based care system that is based on NCQA standards for a Patient Centered Medical Home.

She moved to Texas in 2008 and became Medical Director of Lake Pointe Urgent Care. A year later, she and her husband decided to start a private practice in the Dallas area called AllCare Family and Urgent Care Clinics, PA. to enable her to build long-term care relationships as a primary care physician. She is currently the chairman of DFW Healthcare Partners, an IPA (Independent Physician Association) which is physician owned and operated. She loves caring for patients and enjoys singing. She views medicine as a ministry and is excited about the care she provides along with her wonderful staff. Her areas of interest include preventive medicine, general primary care, urgent care, pediatrics, gynecology, chronic disease management, and weight management.

Dr. Okojie is affiliated with Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas, and Medical City Dallas Hospital. She is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Academy of Family Physicians Dallas Chapter, and Texas Medical Association.

Godwin Okojie, PA has been in medical practice for over 10 years. He is a graduate of DYouville College Physician Assistant program, in Buffalo New York.

Godwin Okojie, PA has been in medical practice for over 10 years. He is a graduate of DYouville College Physician Assistant program, in Buffalo New York. He has practiced Emergency medicine in rural areas and small towns of New York and California State for a number of years before moving to Dallas, Tx in 2008 to work for Emcare - a leading provider of emergency medicine and inpatient physician services.

His area of practice interest is emergency and family medicine where he specializes in medical management of acute and chronic disease processes. In 2009 because of his philosophy to a holistic approach to patient care he started Allcare Family and Urgent Care Clinics, PA. with his life partner, Osehotue Okojie, MD Godwin is the owner of All Natural Health Club where he and other healthcare professionals empower readers to be their own health advocate via natural remedies.

She received her bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Human and family developmental sciences in 2011 and her Masters of Physician Assistant studies in 2014. She is also certified as a personal strength and conditioning trainer and Nutrition advisor. She has a holistic approach when treating patients of all ages.
